2.Provide utility services
- Provide sidewalks and UD walkway services in every building.
- Provide an elevator for the elderly every building that serves.
- Provide an activity yard. The indoor will be set up on the project road for indoor activities in 2 buildings.
- Provide a swimming pool in the common area to serve the elderly to relax.
- Provide sports grounds for the elderly, such as petanque, dancing grounds.
- Provide 24-hour security signs.
- Provide office location, coordination building for condominium projects and senior complexes.
- Providing space for all four types of activities in important projects.
- Storage service with storage charge in monthly fee.
- Security service, key card system, access control system of each building.
- General facilitation and basic first aid service at the rate of 1-10 on every floor, every building 24-hours service.

3.Provide public services.

5.3 Other free membership cards 100 rehabilitation rooms.
- Entrance ticket fee for foreigners who are ready and are members 1,000,000 baht
- Monthly service fee for foreigners for those who are ready and are members 250,000 baht.
6.Determine the start and finish time as follows:
-The company will complete the improvement in the period of work in 3 years from the date of obtaining permission to operate and support projects in the public sector of the Department of Older Persons.
